1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jltlbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the jltlbdt website, mobile platform, or related services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of jltlbdt and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and controlling version for all purposes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use jltlbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jltlbdt is strictly an adult platform. Players who are under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jltlbdt complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be accessing the platform as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jltlbdt or subject to any active account suspension or closure.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending investigation. If the account holder is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any winnings already withdrawn), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. jltlbdt accepts no liability for underage access resulting from a failure to maintain adequate parental supervision.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on jltlbdt, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is entitled to hold only one account on jltlbdt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice, and any balances held in secondary accounts may be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be reversed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. jltlbdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jltlbdt support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jltlbdt accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All activity carried out via your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance of the relevant activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jltlbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and cryptocurrency options including USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the point of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent to USD $5 (USDT). There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players; however, high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your jltlbdt wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Mobile banking deposits are typically instant. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (usually 5–30 minutes depending on network congestion). jltlbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval for mobile banking methods under standard conditions. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. jltlbdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, address, and payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Funds deposited on jltlbdt must be used for legitimate wagering. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine play activity constitutes misuse of the platform.
• jltlbdt reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals in specific circumstances, which will be clearly disclosed to you before the withdrawal is finalised.
• Currency conversion for cryptocurrency transactions uses the live market rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jltlbdt may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion details at the time the offer is presented.

By accepting any bonus or promotion from jltlbdt, you agree to the specific terms and conditions attached to that bonus, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General rules applicable to all bonuses on jltlbdt include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion details. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer.
• jltlbdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from your account if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or used in conjunction with other offers unless the promotion explicitly allows it.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that were obtained through fraudulent means will be voided in full.

jltlbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are mid-way through meeting its wagering requirements will be protected from retrospective changes to the terms of that specific offer where reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jltlbdt — whether on casino games, sports markets, live events, or any other wagering product — are subject to the specific rules governing that product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. A summary of the key general rules is provided below.

Sports Betting: Pre-match bets are accepted prior to the official start time of the relevant event. In-play (live) bets are accepted during the event subject to market availability. jltlbdt reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice. Bets placed after the official result of a market has been determined will be voided. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the platform.

Cricket Betting: For BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, a minimum of the innings or session specified in the market rules must be completed for bets to stand. Rain interruptions and DLS method applications are governed by specific cricket betting rules available on the platform.

Casino Games: All casino games on jltlbdt use certified RNG technology. Game results are final once a hand, spin, or round has been completed. Technical faults that occur during a game round will be investigated, and the outcome of the investigation is final and binding. Malfunctions void all plays and pays.

• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or market are displayed on the relevant game interface or betting slip.
• jltlbdt reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or game session at its sole discretion.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or payout rates (manifest error), jltlbdt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake amount.
• Players may not use automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jltlbdt. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including identity documents, payment method ownership, or age declarations.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting on opposing outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using hedging strategies to guarantee bonus withdrawal without genuine risk wagering, or any other scheme designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of funds that have been legitimately deposited and wagered on jltlbdt. Any chargeback attempt will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Money Laundering: Using jltlbdt as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable financial crime prevention obligations.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access any part of the jltlbdt infrastructure without authorisation, interfering with the platform's functionality, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jltlbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identification or financial documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited systems.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified time frame.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jltlbdt reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the jltlbdt support team via live chat. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing time, provided all verification requirements have been met.

Players who have self-excluded may not re-register or use a third party's account to circumvent the exclusion. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon discovery and any winnings accrued during the exclusion period will be void.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of jltlbdt that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
